Techniques in which genitals, an anus, and sometimes nipples or breasts are obscured by mosaics, black bars, and other type of censorships.

Many images and products from Japan are censored due to Japanese laws which prohibit displaying genitals. More often than not, especially in images and manga, artists will mock the laws by adding censorship that is basically useless (such as tiny black bars which are even smaller than the genitals).

• Important: Note that a post should be rated Explicit when the censoring isn't covering any genitalia entirely.
